Why did NVIDIA miss it's target revenue?

First of all I would like to apologize for not posting any recent entries to my blog. With that aside I'd like to say that in my personal opinion the reason NVIDIA missed its target revenue for the 1st quarter was simply because there was lack of stock, at least in Europe, during the early part of the quarter. If you recall in my earlier blogs I mentioned that some video cards were nearly impossible to find. Perhaps if supply had been abundant revenues would be higher for NVIDIA. However, we'll have to see this next fiscal quarter if NVIDIA can manage to keep stock in the channel in all parts of the world and not just the North American market
